Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over AUD $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our diving equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the process below.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (we cover return shipping for defective items)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom-sized or made-to-measure drysuits
- Wetsuits and undersuits that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not present at time of shipping
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item(s) for return: Product Name(s) and Quantity
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (Refund/Exchange)
- Photos if applicable for damaged/defective items
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our Brisbane-based team will email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions

3. Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items using the original packaging when possible. Include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the package
- Completed return form (will be provided with your authorization)

Shipping Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Dry And Wet Suit Sales Store is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
4. Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (standard shipping times apply)
Refund Details
- Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Usually within 24 hours of processing
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
International Returns
For our global customers:
- All return shipments must be marked as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable
- We cannot refund return shipping costs for international orders
